Look out bank account, I have found my new favorite shop, The Vintage Haberdashery. Pj, Olivia and I ventured to downtown St Louis yesterday so I could spend the rest of my Christmas money that was burning a hole in my pocket. It was my first time at The Vintage Haberdashery. From the front window to the back corner of the shop, the place is loaded with exquisite vintage finds. All of the clothes, shoes and accessories are very neatly organized. Each article is labeled with the decade that it comes from, the size (woo-hoo) and of course, price and description. The prices are extremely reasonable and the quality of the items are very good! Some of the clothes are from the 20's and they look gently used. The ladies that work there are dolls, very sweet, friendly and helpful and didn't even mind when my little peanut got impatient and started to wail! :) If you're ever in St. Louis or are an area resident, pop in but beware- keep your credit card at home!
